Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a FC setting.
• Ability to work physically for extended periods: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

• Ensure outbound shipments meet accuracy, labelling, and quality standards.
• Assign and monitor tasks to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or labelling errors.
• Communicate effectively with FC supervisors, managers, and carriers to maintain smooth logistics.
• Enforce safety standards and address hazards promptly.
• Assist with training and provide support or coverage for FC management as needed.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy and process improvement initiatives.

We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Center Coordinator at our Windsor location. In this role, the worker plays a critical role in managing warehouseoperations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires aproactive individual who excels in problem-solving, communication, and processoptimization. The FC Coordinator will work closely with warehouse staff, supervisor(s), andmanager to maintain workflow efficiency, safety, and organization.
