Cozey is seeking an Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator (Forklift) to join our new operation in the United States. You will handle reach and forklift equipment to move materials, support receiving, picking, staging, and shipping, and help improve warehouse processes.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $25 with bonus eligibility, a 40-hour week paid overtime, and a schedule from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Benefits start after one month.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience operating material handling equipment in production environments.
• Mandatory forklift and reach operator licenses.
• Experience in a quality control environment is a plus.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.

• Operate material handling equipment (reach forklift) for warehouse movement.
• Execute daily core and support activities (receiving, picking, staging, shipping, QC, inventory).
• Propose and lead process improvements for FC activities.
• Enforce health and safety best practices in the workplace.
• Take accountability for core and support tasks and plan corrective actions.

WhatYou’llBeDoing:

• Operate material handling equipment (Reach & Forklift) for warehouse manoeuvres.
• Executedaily Core & Support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control,Inventory Auditing, etc.)on time & in full.
• Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvementspertaining toallFCactivities.
• Enforcebest practices in matters of Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Take accountability for Core & Support activities and propose action plans when results are not met.
• Otherrelatedtasks.

WhatWe’reLookingFor:

• Ability to work physically: standing,movingandlifting upto 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures.
• 2+years experienceoperating material handling equipment (Reach&Forklift)in a production environment (fulfillment center, warehouse, factory). Will be testedduring interview.
• Mandatory forklift and reach operator license (proofrequired).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes.
• Experience in a quality control environment, an asset.
• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
• Eligible to work inthe US.
• Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus.
