Job summary

New Moon Beginnings in Pittsburgh is seeking an Order Fulfillment & Production Associate to support daily order fulfillment and candle production. This hands-on role rotates between packing orders and making handcrafted products, contributing to quality and timely shipments.

You will follow clear procedures, perform quality checks, restock materials, and collaborate with a small team to maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some warehouse, fulfillment, production, and/or operations experience.
• Safety Training is a plus.
• Interest in crystals, candles, and handmade products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow management instructions to ensure a safe, smooth workflow and timely order processing.
• Conduct quality checks on products before packaging to maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
• Move packaged orders to pickup bins and restock supplies for fulfillment.
