Bright Endeavors is a Chicago-based studio operating as a social enterprise of New Moms. This holiday-season role involves hands-on production tasks, from pouring and finishing to packing orders for customers.

You will rotate through production, finishing, and fulfillment, enjoying a craft-focused, detail-oriented environment. The position is part-time, 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and no benefits, supporting our mission to train young moms in the community.

Qualifications

• Enjoy crafts, DIY projects, or hands‑on creative work.
• Like clear processes and notice small details.
• Able to stand and be active in a busy studio.
• Experience in production, retail stockroom, fulfillment, or food service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Pour, finish, and label candles, incense, reed diffusers, and gift items.
• Clean and prep candle vessels, pouring pots, and studio equipment.
• Pack and ship customer orders during our busiest season.
• Keep the production floor and fulfillment bay organized.
• Assist our Operations Coordinators with daily studio tasks.
