Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Production & Fulfillment Associate to help keep production, fulfillment, and inventory operations running smoothly. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and solving practical problems as part of a team.

You will assemble and package products, ensure orders are packed accurately and shipped on schedule, restock materials, and support inventory counts while maintaining clean, safe workspaces.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, move, and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products according to quality standards.
• Help ensure customer orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.
• Prepare materials and restock warehouse to keep production moving efficiently.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain organized inventory areas.
• Keep workspaces clean, safe, and efficient.
• Learn multiple areas of the operation, including production, fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse support.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and workflow.
• Work as part of a team that values accountability, reliability, and craftsmanship.
