Job summary

Empire Candle Co., LLC is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to provide operational support to maximize candle production while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include unloading and loading jars, assembling boxes, and visually inspecting products to ensure candle quality.

The role requires basic computer skills, a willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and the ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in a high paced facility preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely in a production environment required.
• Demonstrated ability to read/interpret/follow instructions in regard to workplace documentation, such as SOP’s, Operator Checklists, Work Instructions, etc.
• Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as required, based on production demands.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load jars; assemble boxes; visually inspect products.
• Unload empty jars from pallets and load onto conveyor belts.
• Assemble corrugated components and pack finished products into boxes.
• Stack finished cases onto pallets following the Ti-Hi pattern.
• Build displays and assortments in project areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
