Lowe’s in Baltimore is hiring a warehouse associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and speed. You’ll use the Orders App, maintain safety, and connect customers with the right team members.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time while keeping staging areas clean and safe
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and directing customers to the right associates
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and SIMS, and partner with leadership to resolve short picks
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
• May be assigned other duties to support the business
