Job summary

Lowe’s Midwest City store is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and safety. You will operate powered equipment, assist with inventory, and work closely with leadership to resolve short picks.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and strong communication, with responsibilities spanning audits, order follow-ups, and locker management. Certification in forklift/Order Picker is required if not already held.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of computer use experience, including data entry and information retrieval.
• 6+ months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required; must be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership support.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, and locker management while reporting safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May perform other duties to support business needs.
