Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Powered equipment certification: Counterbalance forklift, order picker, and narrow-aisle reach truck (required or to be obtained).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, order follow-ups, and reporting safety issues.
