Job summary

Lowe's in Selinsgrove, PA, is hiring for a warehouse associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders while maintaining clean, safe staging areas and delivering excellent service.

You will operate powered equipment, maintain certifications, support inventory accuracy with the Orders App and SIMS, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks, audits, and daily logistics with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders, answering questions, and directing customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance, working with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
