Lowe's Stores in the United States (CA, Upland area) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and speed. You will operate powered equipment, maintain safety practices, and support inventory accuracy while collaborating with store leadership.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, teamwork, and willingness to take on additional duties to meet store needs. Prior retail experience is a plus; certification may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and resolving short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Meet daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
