The role requires basic computer use and familiarity with retail tech, plus powered equipment certification. You will support inventory integrity, assist customers, and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience using a computer and inputting or retrieving information.
• 6 months’ experience with common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required for forklift and order picker; must be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Support daily duties with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
