Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in the Bismarck area to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will keep staging areas clean and safe, validate orders, and help customers by directing them to the right associates.

The role requires basic computer and retail tech experience, plus powered equipment certification. This position offers a safety-first, team-oriented environment within a leading home improvement retailer.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
