Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a warehouse/fulfillment associate in the United States. You will pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders while maintaining safe, organized staging areas.

You will use the Orders App and SIMS for inventory accuracy and have certified powered equipment to handle pallets and products. Ideal candidates bring 6 months of computer and retail tech experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a passion for customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
