Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders while maintaining safe, organized staging areas. You will deliver excellent service by helping customers and connecting them with the right associates when needed.

Responsibilities include operating powered equipment, maintaining SIMS compliance, supporting inventory, and completing audits. A strong customer-first mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver great service by helping customers and directing to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns.
• Aim for a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
