Job summary

Harvey Performance Company, LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Associate at our Cuyahoga Falls facility. You will work in a team to pick, pack and ship orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in our streamlined picking process.

This role supports local customers, handles packing lists, labeling and inventory of tools, with cross-training across departments to deliver excellent service. We offer training, benefits and a casual, growth‑oriented environment.

The Fulfillment Associate position is a crucial position that ensures we’re meeting the needs of our customers with the help of our newly established and stream-lined picking process.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Compensation begins at $16.31 per hour topping out at $19.39 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential for 2 nd and 3 rd shifts.
