Job summary

Core-Mark International in Springfield, OH is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector for the 3rd shift to accurately pick customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will use scanning equipment, pack orders for shipment, and maintain quality and safety standards while supporting daily goals.

Earn between $17 and $24 per hour with performance incentives and Day 1 health benefits; stable full-time work with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled/overtime hours as assigned.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Multi-temperature environment work capability (cooler/freezer/dry).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.

Warehouse Order Selector | 3rd Shift - Earn up to $24/hr

Location: 1982 Commerce Rd. Springfield, OH 45504

Shift: Sunday - Thursday (Sunday shift starts at midnight and others start at 1am until finished)

Earn between $17-$24/hr

Position Summary

Accurately and efficiently pick product and prepare orders for shipment observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Works independently and communicates well with other departments (verbally/written/computer) to move work through the system in an organized fashion. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to established standards.
• Run scanning equipment.
• Pack orders to the customer's requirement and/or from provided specifications.
• Meet established productivity standards and quality standards.
• Self-identifies mistakes, identify problems and recommend solutions, provide candid and timely feedback to all levels in the organization, involve others in problem-solving when needed and see all responsibilities through to a successful completion.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry
• Pass pre-employment drug test

Compensation
