We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Fulfillment Associate to help get equipment out the door accurately and on time.
The work is hands‑on and consistent day to day: unboxing and assembling headsets, cleaning them, packing patient orders, checking in returns, and keeping our records up to date. If you're reliable, careful with details, and like hands‑on work, we'd like to hear from you.

The equipment that leaves our facility goes directly to patients, which is why accuracy in this role matters.
You are dependable, careful, and comfortable handling multiple orders and shipments at once without losing track of the details. You don't wait to be told something is wrong - you notice a discrepancy or a low‑stock situation and flag it before it becomes a problem. You're comfortable with hands‑on, repetitive work and equally careful about keeping records accurate. You're willing to do whatever needs doing that day, and you understand that precision matters here, because the equipment you're handling is used directly in patient care.
