Job summary

Responsibilities

• Unbox and assemble headsets and accessories (straps, face pieces, chargers)
• Clean and sanitize equipment before shipment
• Kit and ship headsets and equipment for patient orders
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory, confirm device and firmware versions
• Check inventory levels and notify manager when stock is low
• Support periodic physical inventory counts
• Receive and inspect equipment returned by patients; clean and restage units for reuse or retirement
• Log serial numbers and device status as work is completed
• Double-check counts and order contents before shipment
• Elevate discrepancies, delays, or issues to the Supply Chain Manager
• Participate in other fulfillment tasks as volume requires
• Keep inventory records accurate in tracking systems

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Fulfillment Associate to help get equipment out the door accurately and on time.

The work is hands‑on and consistent day to day: unboxing and assembling headsets, cleaning them, packing patient orders, checking in returns, and keeping our records up to date. This position begins as temporary/hourly to support immediate volume needs, with the opportunity to convert to full‑time. What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

• Unbox and assemble headsets and accessories (straps, face pieces, chargers)
• Clean and sanitize equipment before shipment
• Kit and ship headsets and equipment (chargers, cases, cleaning supplies) for patient orders
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory, including confirming device and firmware versions prior to shipment
• Check inventory levels and let the Supply Chain Manager know when something is running low
• Support periodic physical inventory counts

Records & Accuracy

• Keep inventory records accurate and up to date in our tracking systems
• Log serial numbers and device status as work is completed
• Double‑check counts and order contents before shipment

Returns & Communication

• Receive and inspect equipment returned by patients; clean and restage units for reuse or set aside for retirement
• Let the Supply Chain Manager know promptly about discrepancies, delays, or anything that looks wrong
• Pitch in on other fulfillment tasks as daily volume requires

You're comfortable with hands‑on, repetitive work and equally careful about keeping records accurate. You're willing to do whatever needs doing that day, and you understand that precision matters here, because the equipment you're handling is used directly in patient care.

This is a hands‑on fulfillment role - packing, cleaning, shipping, and record‑keeping. It does not involve planning, forecasting, analysis, or reporting.
