Job summary

The role begins as temporary/hourly with potential to convert to full-time. You will verify device versions, log serial numbers, and communicate discrepancies to the Supply Chain Manager to ensure timely delivery and accurate orders.

Responsibilities

• Unbox and assemble headsets and accessories (straps, face pieces, chargers)
• Clean and sanitize equipment before shipment
• Kit and ship headsets and equipment for patient orders
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory, confirm device and firmware versions
• Check inventory levels and notify manager when stock is low
• Support periodic physical inventory counts
• Receive and inspect equipment returned by patients; clean and restage units for reuse or retirement
• Log serial numbers and device status as work is completed
• Double-check counts and order contents before shipment
• Elevate discrepancies, delays, or issues to the Supply Chain Manager
• Participate in other fulfillment tasks as volume requires
• Keep inventory records accurate in tracking systems
