Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join a leading food manufacturer in Delphos, OH. You will help ensure the efficient and safe operation of the production line, with roles across palletizing, packaging, and sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards.

You will work Monday through Friday with 12-hour shifts, day and night options. Prior manufacturing exposure and a strong work ethic are valued, with competitive pay and room to grow within the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or similar material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with GMP and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizing equipment to stack finished products according to specifications.
• Perform packaging tasks including inspecting, labeling, and boxing products.
• Ensure accurate product counts and proper packaging for shipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions to supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production line. Multiple departments available including palletizing finished goods, packaging products, and performing critical sanitation duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the facility. Pay

$17.00 per hour

Shifts

• Monday through Friday
• 12hr shifts both day and night available

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizing equipment to stack finished products according to specifications.
