Job summary

The Backyard Athlete LLC is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our fulfillment team in Florida. You will be responsible for packing and sorting orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with card packaging when necessary.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to contribute to overall efficiency of the fulfillment process. Responsibilities include packing and sorting orders, assembling base card packs, keeping the area

• General knowledge of sports teams (a basic understanding is preferred).

• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.

• Familiarity with basic computer functions for processing orders.

• Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse work is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift objects up to and sometimes exceeding 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to look down or focus on tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to perform various warehouse duties, including handling cards and packaging materials.
