Cart.com in Austin, TX is seeking a Fulfillment Center Associate to join our warehouse operations. You will help pick, pack, and ship orders, restock inventory, and support inbound/outbound processes with accuracy and teamwork.

The Role:

As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You'll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely , accurate , and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers.

What You'll Do:

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods


• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally


• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery


• Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift


• Willing to work overtime as needed
