Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, process, and ship product samples accurately and efficiently.

• Count, label, inventory, and organize supplies in storage locations.

• Assist management with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
• Contribute ideas to enhance fulfillment operations.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and cleaned.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sample Fulfillment Associate to support warehouse, inventory, and sample manufacturing operations through the end of the year. This individual will play a key role in receiving, organizing, assembling, and fulfilling product samples while maintaining a clean, efficient, and tour-ready work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, process, and ship product samples accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, replenish, and organize inbound inventory to support fulfillment operations.
• Maintain internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) and assist in improving operational efficiency.
• Manually assemble and glue product samples while meeting daily production goals.
• Count, label, inventory, and organize supplies and materials in designated storage locations.
• Monitor sample inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep workstations and warehouse areas organized, clean, and maintained according to 5S standards.
• Assist management with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
• Contribute ideas and process improvements to enhance overall fulfillment operations.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.

Schedule: Part-Time, 20 Hours Per Week

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment center, or inventory management experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift and move 50-100 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
