Cart.com is seeking an Inventory Fulfillment Associate in Terrell, TX. You will support Fulfillment as a Service by picking, packing, restocking, and cycling inventory while collaborating with floor managers and teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and problem solving in a fast-paced warehouse.
The ideal candidate will have experience in automated environments, DC knowledge, and strong Excel/Word skills, with a proactive, team‑oriented mindset to meet performance SLAs.

This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or willing to move to Terrell, TX.
As a Inventory Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as the backbone for Fulfillment as a Service at Cart.com. Getting a package to a customer’s doorstep is not an easy task. Our fulfillment associates should be ready to provide efficient and quality work for our clients and customers while solving problems as they come up. In this role, you will work closely with your floor manager, team leads, and fellow associates. This seat is expected to be eager to learn new things, be a team player, and be ready to find out of the box solutions.
