Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Fulfillment Associate for our client in Austell, GA. This seasonal role requires bilingual English/Spanish and pays $17.00 per hour. Flexibility with schedules, especially during holidays, is needed.

Duties include stocking shelves, processing orders, inventory checks, packing, and shipping preparation. You will work with warehouse systems and scanners, with safety protocols and teamwork emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Picking light product by hand from different locations within the warehouse
• Ok to interact with robots during the picking process so cannot be afraid of technology.
• Order Processing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on work orders.
• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Quality Control: Ensure all items are free from damage and meet quality standards before shipping.
• Shipping Preparation: Label and prepare packages for timely dispatch.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Schedule

• Seasonal work
• Must be bilingual in Spanish - Pay: $17.00/hr. (no pay differential offered)
• Must be flexible on schedule (Specially during the holidays)
• Normal shift: 8am-5:45pm
• Holiday shift: 6pm-6:45am

• Some experience in warehousing, fulfillment, shipping/receiving or e-commerce operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring orders are correct and packaged appropriately.
• Ability to read order forms, pick sheets, product labels, and enter/update data in warehouse systems.
• Physical stamina: ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift/move boxes (up to ~50 lbs or as company guidelines), bend/stoop/reach repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., warehouse management system, scanners, shipping software).
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and company policies.
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime or weekends as needed during busy periods.
