Job summary

Amentum is seeking a FHE Supervisor in Guam to oversee maintenance, reconstitution, storage, and deployment of USAF Fuels Handling Equipment and vehicle assets. You will ensure compliance with the PWS, USAF directives, and the Amentum Quality Management System.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, a high school diploma, English proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of hands-on maintenance supervision experience.
• Must read/write/speak English proficiently.
• Strong PC skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation license.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust U.S. Government Clearance.
• Must understand USAF Technical Orders and safety/environmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with USAF procedures and safety policies.
• Perform maintenance inspections of Fuels workshops and work areas.
• Review asset status and identify deficiencies.
• Submit inspection reports and defect reports as required.
• Direct shop work to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise troubleshooting and repairs of Fuels assets.
• Prepare assets for deployment following procedures.
• Conduct employee assessments as required.
• Maintain asset accountability and manage parts ordering.
