Penske is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Neenah, WI to fuel, wash, and ready vehicles for the road. You’ll be the first friendly face customers meet, ensuring each vehicle is clean, safe, and ready to perform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must understand Penske safety and maintenance policies including DOT/OSHA requirements.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance items.
• Helping keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
