Penske is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in De Pere, WI. You will fuel, wash and prep vehicles to ensure they are ready for the road, while greeting customers with a friendly, professional attitude.

No experience required; we provide training on maintenance processes and technology. The role offers opportunities to advance to a technician position through hands-on coaching and a supportive career path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance items.
• Help keep facilities clean, safe environments for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs such as tire mounting, rotation and basic maintenance.
