Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in De Pere, WI is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer who will fuel, wash, and prepare vehicles for the road. You’ll greet customers, perform basic inspections, and help keep facilities clean and safe, with training to grow into more advanced maintenance tasks.

No prior experience is required—Penske provides instruction, hands-on coaching, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive, safety‑mocused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections and checking tires, fluids, and basic items.
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learning and performing minor repairs under coaching (e.g., tires, maintenance).
• Completing other projects as assigned by supervisor.
