Job summary

Penske is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at our Pewaukee location. You will greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and ensure readiness and safety before they hit the road. Training is provided to develop skills toward technician roles within a stable, benefits-rich environment.

No prior experience is required; the role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn and apply preventive maintenance and minor repairs with coaching.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
