Penske is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Bedford Park, IL. You will greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and ensure they are clean and safe before hitting the road.

No prior experience required; training provided. This entry-level role offers career stability, a competitive starting pay of $20.24–$23.24 per hour with a $2 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow into technician roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training to perform minor repairs (tires, rotations, preventive maintenance).
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
