Penske is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Houston, TX. You will fuel and wash vehicles, greet customers, and help ensure vehicles are ready and safe for the road.

No experience is required; Penske offers training to learn maintenance processes and state-of-the-art technology, with a clear path to technician roles. You’ll join a team focused on safety, quality, and customer service, enjoying competitive pay of $22 per hour, shift premiums, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance knowledge and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and staff.
• Build skills through training; perform minor repairs (e.g., tires, preventive maintenance).
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
