Job summary

Penske in Elkhart, IN is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer. You will greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and ensure readiness before road use. Training is provided, with clear paths to become a technician.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn through training and coaching to perform minor repairs (tires, preventive maintenance).
• Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor.
