• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Sign On Bonus: Ryder pays you $2000 at 30 days and $2000 at 90 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: First shift 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Three or more years of related work experience preferred
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Customer service skills; ability to understand customer communication
• Basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, email; ability to understand codes and instructions
• Dependable and thorough; flexible schedule including shifts, weekends, holidays
• Ability to work at different locations
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships
• Work independently and in a team
• Fast-paced environment adaptability
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Must be 18 or older
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• DOT safety position: must obtain CDL within 6 months, pass drug test, physical, road test, background check

Responsibilities

• Fuel vehicles; record activity; check oil, tire pressure, inventory
• Move heavy vehicles; wash and detail; inspect inbound units
• Report issues; perform minor maintenance; facility maintenance
• Maintain fuel island standards and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
