Job summary

ABS Fuel Systems is seeking a CDL A tanker driver to deliver petroleum products to company-operated and wholesale locations. The role requires operating a fuel tanker, loading/unloading, and maintaining safety on a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call shifts.

Candidates should have HazMat/tanker endorsements, TWIC, a DOT medical card, and the ability to pass drug/alcohol tests. The position offers bonuses and a strong driver-centric culture in Newton, NH with multiple Massachusetts

Qualifications

• Three or more years of petroleum or propane delivery experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver’s License, Class A, with hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements.
• TWIC card.
• Valid DOT medical certificate.
• Ability to pass company-provided drug test, alcohol test, and physical.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and on call shifts.
• Experience with regulatory agency requirements (e.g., DOT, HazMat, OSHA, FMCSA).
• Licensing and certifications as applicable (e.g., CETP delivery modules for propane).
• Proficient in the use of Android tablets and web-based software applications.
• Ability to maneuver a tanker truck into position at loading racks, fuel terminals, and in and out of retail convenience locations.
• Must be able to work alone to complete each task and load required.

Compensation

Pay range based on experience is $35–$40 per hour (DOE), with overtime paid after 40 hours. We also offer a lucrative safety incentive bonus for eligible drivers. Come join the ABS Team and experience the difference yourself.

Additional Compensation & Incentives

• $1.50/hour premium for all weekend hours.
• $1.50/hour premium for PM hours.
