Job summary

ABS Fuel Systems is seeking a CDL A driver to deliver petroleum products to company-operated and wholesale gasoline and convenience locations. The role requires hazmat/tanker endorsements and maintaining safe driving practices across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of petroleum/propane delivery experience preferred.
• CDL A with hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements, TWIC card.
• Valid DOT medical certificate.
• Ability to pass drug, alcohol tests and physical.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts.
• Experience with DOT/HazMat/OSHA/FMCSA requirements.
• Licensing/certifications such as CETP for propane.
• Proficient with Android tablets and web-based software.
• Ability to maneuver tanker into loading racks/terminals/retail locations.
• Ability to work alone to complete tasks and load requirements.

Requirements

• Three or more years of petroleum or propane delivery experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver’s License, Class A, with hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements, TWIC card.
• Valid DOT medical certificate.
• Ability to pass company-provided drug test, alcohol test, and physical.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and on call shifts.
• Experience with regulatory agency requirements (e.g., DOT, HazMat, OSHA, FMCSA).
• Licensing and certifications as applicable (e.g., CETP delivery modules for propane).
• Proficient in the use of Android tablets and web-based software applications.
• Ability to maneuver a tanker truck into position at loading racks, fuel terminals, and in and out of retail convenience locations.
• Must be able to work alone to complete each task and load required.

Compensation

Pay range based on experience is $35–$40 per hour (DOE), with overtime paid after 40 hours. We also offer a lucrative safety incentive bonus for eligible drivers. Our CDL A Fuel Tanker Drivers Have An Average Employee Tenure Of 8.2 Years, Reflecting Our Commitment To Our Drivers And Our Team. Additional Compensation & Incentives

• $1.50/hour premium for all weekend hours.
• $1.50/hour premium for PM hours.
• Up to $3,000 yearly Safety Bonus, based on eligibility and performance.
