Zobility is seeking a Fuel Systems Design Release Engineer (DRE) in Auburn Hills, MI, for a long-term contract. You will lead design, development, timing and production release of fuel-system components including filler pipes, fuel lines, and cap/Capless, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include driving milestones, leading design reviews, utilizing DFMEA/DVP&R, and ensuring test results meet specifications.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in mechanical, mechatronics or electrical engineering.
• Self-starter with leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience or exposure to automotive fuel systems is beneficial (Filler pipes, Fuel lines, Cap & Capless).

Mansioni

• Deliver program milestones on time and with quality.
• Manage design changes and resolve functional, durability, and assembly issues.
• Lead design reviews at key milestones and management reviews.
• Review validation setups and test results for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust fuel component design.
• Provide on-site support at production plants and engineering offices.
