Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years’ experience in equipment operating, working with grades and reading blueprints.
• Supervisory experience within the construction industry required.
• ICC Certification to handle, install, and test underground and above-ground piping preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License/CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a schedule and cost-effective plan for the completion of an assigned project.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to create pre construction estimates and budgets for materials and labor.
• Lays out full-scale drawing of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment.
• Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, delivering instructions and project assignments as appropriate.
• Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness; provide progress reports to owners and engineers; recommend modifications.
