Job summary

Circle K in Nashua, NH seeks a Fuel Team leader to guide product, market, and supply decisions for branded and unbranded fuel operations. The role oversees pricing strategies, contract review, and performance with BU Facilities and external vendors to maximize UpTime and profitability across fueling positions.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in the petroleum sector, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, accounting or related field
• Two (2) years petroleum industry experience required including management responsibility
• Strong managerial and leadership competencies required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Limited travel requiring occasional overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Establish and achieve fuel margin plan targets and develop models to grow customer base.
• Coordinate fuel objectives with other department initiatives to optimize store performance.
• Develop and manage all fuel strategies including supply relationships and marketing programs.
• Negotiate fuel contracts with vendors and communicate contract information as required.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers and terminals to secure best-in-class contracts.
