Job summary

Sunoco LP in Dallas seeks a Fuel Settlements Analyst to join the Operational Accounting team. This role supports end-to-end fuel cost of sales and revenue reconciliation across multiple transportation modes, including pipeline, marine, truck, and rail.

You will manage daily processes for supplier and customer accounts, resolve issues with urgency, and analyze financial results to provide actionable insights. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience.
• Associate Specialist/Analyst level requires a bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience
• Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant job-related experience
• Excel proficiency required
• Experience with SAP/RightAngle/Salesforce preferred
• Power BI, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation tools a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages daily processes for supplier and customer accounts and high-volume invoice queues for a portfolio of assigned customers or vendors
• Resolves issues accurately and with a sense of urgency
• Responsible for a high-volume of accounting information moving between multiple systems
• Maintains productive relationships with all counterparties through proactive, effective communication
• Analyzes financial results effectively, providing supporting details and insights that contribute to the company's success
• Exhibits a record of sustained improvement in key metrics and contributes to the success of the overall team
