Job summary

Sunoco LP in Dallas is seeking a Fuel Settlements Analyst to join our Operational Accounting team. This role supports end-to-end fuel cost of sales and revenue reconciliation across multiple transportation modes, including pipeline, truck, and marine.

You will manage high-volume supplier and customer invoicing, analyze results, and communicate insights. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years’ experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, or RPA tools;

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience
• Proficiency in Excel required
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation tools is a plus
• Experience with SAP, RightAngle, Salesforce is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages daily processes for supplier and customer accounts and high-volume invoice queues
• Resolves issues accurately and with urgency
• Handles high-volume accounting information across multiple systems
• Maintains productive relationships with counterparties through communication
