Job summary

Dynamic and expanding convenience store/fuel distributor in the Atlanta Metro area seeks a Fuel Pricing Manager who will influence daily profitability at the pump. You will set street pricing for retail stations and monitor stock flow to ensure timely delivery of branded and unbranded fuel.

You will analyze oil futures and market trends, adjust loading strategies as markets shift, and translate data into actionable pricing strategies to optimize purchasing and margins.

Company Profile: Dynamic and expanding convenience store/fuel distributor in the Atlanta Metro area, the company currently owns 700+ locations in over a dozen states.

The role that you will play: As the Fuel Pricing Manager, you will have significant input in the companies daily profitability and operational execution at the point of purchase, the gas pump.

You will:

• Set street pricing for retail gas stations/convenience stores
• Continuously monitor inventory volume and flow to ensure product (Branded and Unbranded) arrives when needed and in a costly manner.
• Shift product loading around market changes to maximize cost effective purchases.
• Review oil futures and world markets, global events, for trends, industry forecasting.
• Use analytical data from research for pricing strategy development and execution.

Requirements

Background Profile:

• Significant fuel pricing experience
• Working knowledge of Kalibrate Pricing, or Franklin Fueling Systems, DTN Fuel Buying , OR Pinnacle FuelSmart
• Flexible and adaptable; priorities change frequently based on business demands, the ability to change direction quickly is critical.
• High aptitude for manipulating and making inferences from data.
• Ability to achieve goals and objectives, relentlessly expressing a can-do attitude.
