Job summary

Ever-Green Energy in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Plant Operator Fuel Engineer to operate and maintain fuel, ash handling, and water treatment systems. You will support the Lead Engineer, handle 12-hour rotating shifts, and use basic computer tools like Outlook and Excel.

Requirements include clear communication, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Prefer technical education and experience with boilers, turbines, pumps, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Physically able to climb, lift up to 50 pounds, use common tools.
• Capable of working rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate heating, cooling, distribution, power generation and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform field operation of fuel and ash handling, chiller and cooling towers as required.
• Assist in plant equipment maintenance and record-keeping tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping per Facility Housekeeping Plan and coordinate with Lead Engineer.
