Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain fuel inventory for Parkland locations and support account managers.
• Assign drivers to trucks and routes to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Manage schedule changes due to driver absences or maintenance.
• Adjust assignments and routes and inform stakeholders of changes.
• Report service failures with incident reports to Logistics Manager.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers and troubleshoot issues.
• Record orders, dispatch to drivers, and provide BOL to admin for processing.
