Job summary

Palmdale Oil Company LLC in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on managing fuel delivery logistics, inventory accuracy, and support for dispatch processes in a fast-paced corporate setting.

You will work with Skybitz Inventory Workbench, SkyBitz Dispatch Planner, and other systems to balance truck inventories, track deliveries, and coordinate schedules with drivers and the logistics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Logistics dispatch/scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication; bilingual a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and balance truck inventories using Skybitz Inventory Workbench for accurate billing.
• Track and report fuel deliveries to prevent losses and maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with drivers and logistics specialists to optimize schedules.
• Provide dispatch team support and learn operational processes.
• Monitor inventories with SmartTank, Otodata, and Titan Cloud.
• Maintain records of fuel dispatches and adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
