Job summary

Fluor Corporation seeks a Fuel Distribution Supervisor to oversee aviation, diesel, and mogas fuel missions, ensuring safe and efficient operations across multiple sites. You will develop maintenance plans, supervise personnel, and manage reporting and compliance with HSE standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 5–8 years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Strong MS Office skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English at an intermediate level.
• Authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fuel distribution operations within assigned units.
• Develop maintenance plans for fuel equipment at locations.
• Ensure usage calculations, service times, and fuel levels are maintained.
• Complete and verify forms and daily situation reports.
• Conduct inspections, sampling, and analysis per policies and procedures.
• Maintain fuel documents and archives for audits.
• Operate and maintain retail fuel systems as needed.
• Maintain training program for Fuels personnel.
• Evaluate employee and subcontractor performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Collect, review, and submit time sheets and weekly schedules.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and uphold HSE standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
