Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Fuel Distribution Supervisor to oversee operations across aviation, diesel, and mogas fuel missions. You will supervise planning and maintenance activities, ensure accurate fuel usage data, and manage documentation for audits and daily reports.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 5–8 years of related experience, with proficiency in MS Office and English at an intermediate level. Must be a U.S. citizen with a Secret Security Clearance. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Fuel Distribution operations within assigned units.
• Supervises sections of logistical planning and management for aviation, diesel, and mogas fuel missions.
• Develops maintenance plans for fuel equipment at assigned locations.
• Ensures usage calculations, service times, and fuel levels are maintained.
• Completes and verifies forms and daily situation reports.
• Maintains fuel documents and archives for audits.
• May operate and maintain retail fuel systems.
• Maintains training program for Fuels personnel.
• Evaluates employee and subcontractor performance and recommends corrective actions.
