Job summary

AGRILAND FS in Winterset, IA is seeking a detailed, organized coordinator to manage the daily movement of fuel and energy products. You will dispatch drivers, build schedules, monitor deliveries, and communicate changes while maintaining accurate data in ERP and fleet systems.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
• Willingness to learn the fuel and energy transportation business.
• Understanding of DOT regulations preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Good math and business skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze data and problem solve.
• Excellent computer skills including proprietary software and Microsoft Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily fuel deliveries.
• Build efficient delivery schedules based on customer needs and resource availability.
• Monitor deliveries and adjust when conditions change.
• Communicate route changes and delivery instructions to drivers.
• Maintain accurate information in dispatch, fleet management, and ERP systems.
