Job summary

Heller’s Gas is seeking a Fuel Delivery Driver to transport and distribute fuel oil to customers, perform safety checks, and ensure safe operation of company vehicles in outdoor field settings. The role requires a Class B CDL with tanker, air brake, and hazmat endorsements to be obtained within 60 days, and a clean driving record plus pre-employment checks.

Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and familiarity with service tech tools, with the ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with computers or mobile devices used in service.
• Employee must obtain Class B CDL with tanker, air brake, and hazmat endorsements within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Transfer fuel oil from bulk storage to truck and from truck to customer tanks.
• Verify tank information on delivery including serial numbers.
• Perform inspections and leak tests of supply systems and equipment.
• Educate customers on safe operation and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain clean and mechanically sound vehicles and supplies.
