Job summary

Parker Oil Company Inc is seeking a Delivery Dispatcher to plan, coordinate, and monitor fuel delivery operations ensuring safe, timely, and reliable service to customers.

You will build productive routes, review forecasts, monitor orders, manage tickets, coordinate changes, and communicate proactively with drivers, plant managers, and customer service teams to keep customers informed and safe.

Responsibilities

• Build, review, and manage delivery routes based on demand, density, and capacity.
• Conduct daily workflow reviews and monitor orders, alerts, and future planning.
• Review forecasting data including runout and usage rates for accuracy.
• Prepare and manage delivery tickets to support customer needs and efficiency.
• Coordinate delivery adjustments and service issues while minimizing post-dispatch changes.
• Communicate with drivers, plant managers, CS reps, office staff, service techs, and customers.
• Support labor and resource planning with plant managers.
